meghan is a child with a verbal disorder ; she cant read or spell words so her parantes tried all the best to help improving and devaloping her laguage and communication in a possative way . generally children start speakingat the age of 9 to 14 months but they first start to understand in the experts believe at the age of 6 o 9 months but there are factors to make children understand faster.
